Extra Extra Read All About It: The Youth Extravaganza Is Heading Our Way Faster Than We Know It!!!!
During this month of July what is happening, from Wednesday the 23rd to Saturday the 26th of 2014, is our annual youth training and extravaganza. The picture above is not even half of our youth department. We will be having special visitors coming in to train the youth of PWEM and youth who want to come and experience God on a higher level. Together husband and wife Jermaine and Rebecca Francis (from Christian International) will come and bring encouragement to PWEM.
What will happen is from Wednesday July 23rd at 6:30 pm – 9 pm, Thursday July 24th and Friday July 25th from 10 am – 1 pm and again in the evening from 6:30 pm to 9 pm Jermaine and Rebecca Francis will teach the youth at Pauline Walley Evangelistic Ministries. The teaching will be based on Evangelism and how to save souls and bring them unto Christ with just words of encouragement or different evangelistic methods. There will be practicals, which means that right after the youth are taught about a method there will be a portion during the training where the youth will acting out what was taught. There are two sessions with hours in-between because we know that folks are working or at summer camp, so there is an alternative or a special opportunity for a double blessing. However, even though it says youth, adults are invited also – because inside every adult is a youth waiting to come out and adults are just as able to learn as easily as youth.
Then on Saturday the 26th of July 2014 the youth of PWEM will be hosting our 4th Annual Youth Extravaganza. We invite you to partake in our program, whether it be through performing or just supporting and worshiping with us. There will be skits, poetry, dancing, singing, and fun activities. We welcome other churches, youth groups and/or soloist to come and perform because when you are in God’s house there is not need to feel bond to just worshiping one way, with the Lord you should always worship your way. Last year it was amazing and we want to keep the flowing of the amazing presence of God. With this extravaganza the youth who went to the training will be even more equipped because not only did you make it through the training but you get to celebrate the Lord your way!
